    HALS-Development is a dynamic Russian developer

    The Company specializes in commercial and residential real estate and controls across the full life cycle of its projects, from the conceptual design stage through to property management.

    HALS-Development attracts to its projects well-known international partners and uses cutting-edge worldwide trends and expertise, which allow to create efficient and ergonomic products that meet the requirements of the current market.

    Since it was founded HALS-Development has successfully completed about 40 projects with a total area of over 400,000 sq. m. that have become an inseparable part of the urban image of the Russian capital. Currently, the development portfolio of the Company includes about 80 projects.

    In 2005, HALS-Development became the first company in Moscow which concluded agreements of co-investment into real property under the new federal law (the Federal Law #214-FZ). In 2006, HALS-Development was the first one among Russian developers to list in the main market of the London Stock Exchange and, it thus presented the Russian market to investors all over the world. For its successful growth, the Company recognizes the inherence of the use of up-to-date technologies for successful project development and its integration into the business structure, so HALS-Development was one of the first companies in the real estate market that started integrated launch of the ERP system.

    Ability to combine a careful approach to cultural heritage with the latest global trends in the sphere of construction permits HALS-Development to preserve and develop harmonically the historical image of Moscow. Presently, HALS-Development is involved in the construction of key real estate properties, including the renovation of the Central Detsky Mir in the Lubyanka Square; the development of the Peking Hotel, construction of the business center in the Leningradsky prospect and some other projects both in Moscow and other regions.

      The Zhivopisny cable-stayed bridge was officially opened on 27 December 2007. The total span of the bridge is 1,460 m, of which 409.5 m of roadway are suspended from the bridge"s tower with the help of 72 cables.

      The bridge facility"s main attraction will be an observation platform with a restaurant in the shape of a flying saucer suspended from an arched tower at a height of 87.3 m. There are 100 seats the restaurant. Visitors can reach the restaurant in two lifts with panoramic windows and climate control systems. Zhivopisny is the longest cable bridge in Moscow and the third longest in Russia. Sistema-Hals PSO received a gold medal at the Brussels International Show-Room for Innovation, Scientific Research and New Technologies for the bridge"s innovative designs.
